The SNAIL POWER audio brand was founded by Steven, a renowned professional audio designer, in Milan, Italy, in 1995. Steven, who had worked for both the professional audio company dB Technologies and the hi-fi company Sonus Faber, combined his expertise in both professional and consumer audio to create unique SNAIL POWER products.

 

The same year SNAIL POWER was founded, it launched the U1 home theater speaker. The U1 is small size but big energy, and it quickly became popular in Italy due to its high-quality sound, elegant appearance, simple installation, and affordable price. It was featured by several news media and hailed as "leading the new era of modern home theater speakers."

 

In the audio industry, SNAIL POWER products are considered to integrate a distinct ‘Danish acoustic philosophy’. In 2009, SNAIL POWER audio partnered with Shenzhen Xinzeyu Group to enter the Chinese market. After 28 years of development, it now has over 500 experience centers globally, including 200 in China. The IW1 concealed ceiling speaker was launched, with an outer diameter (OD) of 11cm and sound quality ideal for living rooms. It won high praise from consumers, with monthly sales of up to 500 units.

The U4, a cinema + karaoke integrated audio system specifically developed for Chinese families, has been released to the market. This cinema audio system integrates three functions: cinema, karaoke, and music, greatly enhancing family entertainment and winning the favor of many consumers.

The concealed series W3 was launched, featuring an aluminum alloy cabinet with an 8.6cm aperture (about the size of a fist) and a high power output of 200W.

2015

The recessed series IW6, featuring its unique sound radiation technology, allows for flexible configuration with 1 to 6 single channels to suit different usage spaces. With high-specification magnet drivers, each speaker boasts a power output of up to 400W.

2016

The recessed series IW3LCR, featuring adjustable guided wave technology, allows sound to "turn corners", achieving truly concealed installation.

2018

Italian SNAIL POWER audio brings a fantastic theater experience to over 10,000 families worldwide. Boasting shocking bass, it has a compact size of 295(L)mm x 349(H)mm yet delivers an impressive 700W power output, featuring dual 10-inch units, an ultra-long stroke, and delivering outstanding clarity, detail, and powerful energy.

2020

The release of the new IW4 concealed audio and U2max wall-mounted audio has further enriched the product line.

2021

In January, we released the new background music speakers BM3 and BM4, which meet customers' needs from music to IMAX cinema experiences. In May, we launched the S10C subwoofer, the world’s most powerful 10-inch subwoofer, which also incorporates Hi-Fi music functionality.

2022

In May, we released new high-end products: the W6 FOCUS and IW6 WIDE customized concealed home theater speakers, the BM6 background music speaker, and the 3000W high-power subwoofer X135. These new products have enriched Snail Power’s product line, providing more options for its fans.

In February, SNAIL POWER launched three flagship audio products: the BMmini Wireless Background Music Ceiling-Embedded Audio System, the B28 Dual 8-inch 400W Professional Subwoofer, and the U3 Surface-Mounted Audio System, collectively defining a new future of full-domain sound effects.
